隱私權政策

一句話總結：追追推推沒有帳號、沒有雲端同步。你建立的所有內容——我推、LIVE、票券、照片、花費、筆記——只保存在你自己的裝置上，我們看不到，也無法取得。
1. 我們不收集的東西
- 沒有帳號系統。本 App 不需要註冊、不需要登入，我們不持有你的姓名、電子郵件或任何身分識別資料。
- 沒有雲端同步。你的手帳資料存放在裝置本機資料庫與 App 沙盒中，不會自動上傳到任何伺服器。
- 沒有精確位置。本 App 未請求定位權限，也未安裝任何定位功能模組，無法取得你的 GPS 位置。
- 不販售資料。我們不販售、不出租、不交換你的任何資料。
2. 保存在你裝置上的資料
以下資料由你主動建立或授權讀取，全部只保存在裝置本機，不會傳送給我們：
- 手帳內容：我推資訊、LIVE 與巡迴紀錄、票券與售票資訊、遠征行程、花費紀錄、圖鑑收藏、筆記與備註。
- 照片：你從相簿選取或以相機拍攝的照片，會複製一份到 App 專屬沙盒中保存。我們不會讀取你相簿中的其他照片。
- 健康資料（步數、步行距離）：經你授權後從「健康」App 讀取，僅用於計算「同行里程」統計。此資料完全不離開你的裝置，不傳送給我們或任何第三方。
- 動作與健身資料：用於即時顯示當日步數，同樣不離開裝置。
- App 設定：明暗模式、通知偏好、記帳開關等偏好設定。
刪除本 App 即會一併刪除上述所有本機資料。
3. 會離開裝置的網路請求
為提供部分功能，App 會發出下列網路請求。這些請求都不包含足以識別你身分的資訊：

我們的代理伺服器不會將這些請求與任何使用者身分建立關聯，也不會記錄你送出的內容（例如你輸入的搜尋字串）。伺服器託管服務商基於系統運作與資安需求，會保留含 IP 位址的存取日誌，保留期間不超過 7 天，屆期自動刪除；我們不會用它做任何分析，也不會與你在 App 內的任何內容建立關聯。
天氣查詢結果會以地區為單位做短期快取，以降低對外請求量。音樂比對結果則以「曲名＋藝人名」為索引快取，這份快取由所有使用者共用，不含任何指向個別使用者的資訊。
4. 廣告
免費版本會顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的橫幅廣告。
- 在 iOS 上，App 會依系統規範顯示「App 追蹤透明度」詢問視窗。你可以拒絕；拒絕後仍會顯示廣告，但為非個人化廣告。
- Google 作為廣告服務提供者，可能會依你的選擇取得廣告識別碼等資訊。其做法適用 Google 自身的隱私權政策：policies.google.com/privacy。
- 購買「移除廣告」後，App 將不再載入任何廣告元件。
5. 購買
App 內購買由 Apple App Store 處理。我們不會接觸、不會保存你的付款方式、信用卡號或帳單資訊。App 僅在本機記錄「是否已購買」這項狀態。
6. 權限說明
- 相簿／相機：選取或拍攝要收進圖鑑的照片。
- 儲存到相簿：將 App 內的圖片下載到你的相簿時使用。
- 健康：讀取步數與步行距離以統計同行里程。
- 動作與健身：即時顯示當日步數。
- 通知：票券抽選結果、付款期限等本機排程提醒。這些通知在你的裝置上產生，不經過任何伺服器。
所有權限都可以在 iOS 的「設定」中隨時撤銷。
7. 兒童隱私
本 App 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。
8. 你的權利
由於我們不持有你的個人資料，也無從識別個別使用者，因此無法代為查詢或刪除。你對資料握有完整控制權：在 App 內編輯或刪除任何項目，或直接刪除 App 以清除全部本機資料。
9. 政策變更
本政策如有修訂，我們會更新本頁面頂端的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會在 App 內另行告知。

Privacy Policy
In one sentence: Oshi Techo has no accounts and no cloud sync. Everything you create — artists, live events, tickets, photos, expenses, notes — stays on your own device. We cannot see it and cannot retrieve it.
1. What we do not collect
- No accounts. No sign-up, no login. We hold no name, email address, or identifier of any kind.
- No cloud sync. Your data lives in a local database and the app's private sandbox. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
- No precise location. The app never requests location permission and includes no location module. We cannot access your GPS position.
- No data sales. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of your data.
2. Data stored on your device
The following is created by you or read with your permission, and stays entirely on your device:
- Journal content: artist profiles, live and tour records, tickets and sale information, trip plans, expenses, collection items, and notes.
- Photos: images you pick from your library or capture with the camera are copied into the app's private sandbox. We never scan the rest of your photo library.
- Health data (step count, walking distance): read from the Health app with your permission, used solely to compute your "distance travelled together" statistics. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
- Motion & fitness data: used to display today's step count in real time; likewise never leaves the device.
- App preferences: appearance mode, notification settings, expense-tracking toggle, and similar.
Deleting the app removes all of the above local data.
3. Network requests that leave your device
To power certain features the app makes the requests below. None of them carry information that identifies you:

Our proxy servers do not associate these requests with any user identity, and we do not log the content you send (such as the search text you type). Our hosting provider retains access logs containing IP addresses for operational and security purposes; these are kept for no more than 7 days and then deleted automatically. We do not analyse them, and we never link them to anything you keep in the app.
Weather results are cached briefly per region to reduce outbound request volume. Music matching results are cached under a "title + artist" key; this cache is shared by all users and contains nothing that points to any individual.
4. Advertising
The free version displays banner ads served by Google AdMob.
- On iOS the app presents the standard App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may decline; ads will still appear but will be non-personalized.
- Google, as the ad provider, may access identifiers such as the advertising ID subject to your choice. Their handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- After purchasing "Remove Ads," the app loads no advertising components at all.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment method, card number, or billing details. The app records only whether a purchase has been made.
6. Permissions
- Photos / Camera: to pick or take photos for your collection.
- Save to Photos: to download images from the app into your library.
- Health: to read step count and walking distance for mileage statistics.
- Motion & Fitness: to show today's step count live.
- Notifications: locally scheduled reminders for lottery results, payment deadlines, and similar. These are generated on your device and pass through no server.
Every permission can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.
7. Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data and cannot identify individual users, we cannot look up or delete data on your behalf. You retain full control: edit or delete any item inside the app, or delete the app to erase all local data.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy is revised we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
