1. 服務內容
追追推推是一款個人用的追星紀錄工具，協助你整理喜愛藝人的演出行程、票券、遠征紀錄與收藏。本 App 以現況（as-is）提供。
2. 使用授權
我們授予你個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的授權，於你擁有或控制的裝置上使用本 App。你不得：
- 對本 App 進行反編譯、反組譯或嘗試取得原始碼（法律明文允許者除外）；
- 將本 App 或其內容再散布、轉售、出租；
- 以自動化方式大量擷取本 App 所存取的第三方服務資料；
- 將本 App 用於任何違法用途。
3. 你的內容
你在 App 中建立的所有內容（文字、照片、紀錄）都屬於你。由於這些內容只保存在你的裝置上，我們既不會取得，也不會使用。你必須確保你上傳到 App 內的照片與素材，你擁有合法的使用權利。
4. 資料保存與備份（重要）
本 App 沒有雲端備份。你的所有資料僅存放於裝置本機。這代表：
- 刪除 App、重置裝置、裝置遺失或損壞，資料將永久消失；
- 我們無法為你救回、還原或補發任何資料；
- 請自行透過 iOS 的裝置備份機制（iCloud 備份或電腦備份）定期保存重要資料。
資料備份是你的責任。因未備份而造成的資料遺失，我們不負賠償責任。
5. 購買與退款
App 內購買（例如「移除廣告」）由 Apple App Store 處理並計費。退款申請一律依 Apple 的退款政策辦理，須直接向 Apple 提出，我們無權代為退款。已購買的項目與你的 Apple ID 綁定，可使用「恢復購買」功能還原。
6. 非官方聲明（重要）
追追推推是獨立開發的第三方工具，與任何藝人、團體、經紀公司、唱片公司、主辦單位或票務業者均無隸屬、合作或授權關係，亦未受其認可或贊助。
App 中出現的藝人名稱、團體名稱與相關資訊，均由使用者自行輸入，僅供個人紀錄之用。所有商標、名稱與肖像權利歸其各自權利人所有。
7. 第三方服務
本 App 整合下列第三方服務，其可用性與內容不在我們控制範圍內：
- Apple Weather（天氣預報）
- Apple Music（樂曲搜尋與試聽）
- YouTube（公開頻道動態）
- Google AdMob（廣告）
- Apple HealthKit（步數資料）
這些服務各有其自身的使用條款。第三方服務中斷、變更或終止時，相關功能可能失效，我們將盡合理努力調整，但不保證功能永久可用。
8. 資訊正確性
App 中的天氣預報、匯率、演出資訊等均為參考性質，可能存在誤差或延遲。請勿僅依賴本 App 的資訊做出購票、交通或行程決策，重要事項請以官方公告為準。因依賴 App 內資訊而產生的任何損失，我們不負責任。
9. 免責聲明與責任限制
本 App 以「現況」及「現有」基礎提供，不提供任何明示或默示的擔保，包括但不限於適售性、特定用途適用性與不侵權的擔保。我們不保證 App 無錯誤、不中斷或永遠可用。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所生的任何間接、附帶、衍生性損害（包含資料遺失、利益損失、錯過演出或行程）概不負責。我們的總賠償責任，以你於前十二個月內就本 App 實際支付的金額為上限。
10. 服務變更與終止
我們保留隨時新增、修改或移除功能的權利，亦可能停止維護本 App。若決定終止服務，我們將盡合理努力提前於 App 內或本頁面公告，讓你有時間自行保存資料。
11. 條款變更
本條款如有修訂，將更新本頁面頂端的「最後更新」日期。修訂後繼續使用本 App，視為接受新條款。
12. 準據法
本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響消費者依消費者保護法所享有之權利。

Terms of Service
By downloading or using Oshi Techo you agree to these terms. Please pay particular attention to Section 4 (Data storage and backup) and Section 6 (Unofficial status).
1. The service
Oshi Techo is a personal journaling tool for fans, helping you organize your favorite artists' events, tickets, trips, and collections. The app is provided as-is.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not:
- decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code (except where the law expressly permits);
- redistribute, resell, or rent the app or its contents;
- use automated means to bulk-harvest data from the third-party services the app accesses;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose.
3. Your content
Everything you create in the app — text, photos, records — belongs to you. Because it is stored only on your device, we neither obtain nor use it. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any photos or material you import.
4. Data storage and backup (important)
The app has no cloud backup. All your data lives solely on your device. This means:
- deleting the app, resetting the device, or losing or damaging the device will permanently destroy your data;
- we cannot recover, restore, or reissue any data for you;
- please use your device's own backup mechanism (iCloud or computer backup) to preserve anything important.
Backing up is your responsibility. We accept no liability for data lost because it was not backed up.
5. Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are processed and billed by the Apple App Store. Refunds are governed entirely by Apple's refund policy and must be requested from Apple; we cannot issue refunds. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be recovered with "Restore purchase."
6. Unofficial status (important)
Oshi Techo is an independently developed third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any artist, group, management agency, record label, event promoter, or ticketing company.
Artist names, group names, and related information appearing in the app are entered by users for personal record-keeping only. All trademarks, names, and likeness rights remain with their respective owners.
7. Third-party services
The app integrates the following third-party services, whose availability and content are outside our control:
- Apple Weather (forecasts)
- Apple Music (track search and previews)
- YouTube (public channel activity)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Apple HealthKit (step data)
Each has its own terms. If a third-party service is interrupted, changed, or discontinued, the related features may stop working. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt but cannot guarantee any feature remains available indefinitely.
8. Accuracy of information
Weather forecasts, exchange rates, and event information in the app are provided for reference and may be inaccurate or delayed. Do not rely on this app alone when making ticketing, travel, or scheduling decisions — always confirm against official announcements. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on in-app information.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perpetually available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the app, including data loss, lost profits, or missed events or trips. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app in the preceding twelve months.
10. Changes to and termination of the service
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, and may cease maintaining the app. Should we discontinue it, we will make reasonable efforts to announce this in advance in the app or on this page so you have time to preserve your data.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms are revised we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to any rights you hold under consumer protection legislation.
